Outstanding facility, friendly, quick to help, knowledgeable. I want to single out Fabio the general manager in the Crossroads restaurant for his skill and attention. He is a valued employee. Everyone was considerate. Must recommend to anyone thinking about traveling to Shinjuku or Tokyo in general.

This was an excellent property ! The view from our room was really good. The breakfast in the morning was really good. We had the king bed sized room and it was really comfortable. The bathroom was really big and clean. It was also located very close to shinjuku station and metro stations so was easy to get around. Highly recommend !

The hotel is located in a very convenient area where you can easily access the underground and buses. There are many popular tourist attractions and shopping malls located within walking distance. We also caught the shuttle directly from the airport to the hotel and vice versa.
