"One member of staff in this hotel went above and beyond to help me recover my mobile phone, which I had lost in a taxi cab. The hotel itself is in a decent location, being so close to the metro and supermarkets. The beds are comfortable and the rooms cleaned daily. My issues were sound proofing, which are non existent(the traffic in Bella Vista is relentless) and breakfasts which are not great. However overall I rate this little budget hotel highly and would stay again. Bring a little Spanish and you will be ok.Ant."
"This place never disappoints! This is our second stay here in the last 30 days! Staff is impeccable they helped to make our anniversary and my husbands birthday special! The rooms are gorgeous and the room service and breakfast buffet are both top notch! You couldn’t be in a better area close to everything. We went for carnival and were happy with our stay.
