This place is even more beautiful than the pictures! We stayed in unit 1508 and it felt brand new—super clean, stylish, and in a very safe area. I was nervous about booking last minute, but check-in was smooth. Irving greeted us and made us feel at home.
Another huge plus is the location—you’re right across the street from a beautiful, modern mall with tons of great stores, cafes, and restaurants. There’s also a dog park directly across the street, as well as a family-friendly park nearby...
I love everything about your hotel, staff was excellent especially Andre' from the restaurant he works the evening shift he took care of us. Food was excellent. Kevin from reception did a great job and also yonnay the bellmen. Housekeeping always made sure we where good. I would recommend your hotel.

I loved my stay at this hotel. While the room was great and the breakfast excellent what sets this hotel apart from other hotels is the staff.

Apartment style rooms with a small kitchen, washer & dryer, and a living/dining room. Convenient, safe location close to Metro, restaurants and shopping.
Fantastic location. In the middle of everything yet is was quiet and it even has parking for your rental car! The rooms felt like I was back in Europe. If you want modern and fancy, this is not your place. If you want quaint, authentic, clean and comfortable, this is for you!
The room was clean like new. The air conditioner worked great. The shower was soothing with good hot water. The cafe food was excellent and the choices were many. The staff was excellent, especially Astrid at the front desk and Mayia in the restaurant and coffee shop.
Staff was very nice, specially, Barbara at recepcion and Alanis, at the bar.
Although, hotel areas and bedroom were clean, the bathtub walls presented mold, otherwise highly recommended.
This hotel was great. Its location is perfect for a loop around the historic area. The staff is friendly, and most are fluent in English. Everything was clean and the room was spacious with a great balcony. They staff the front door 24/7 so no one unwelcome can enter.
The rooftop bar and food was great. It isn't open 24/7 but there are plenty of other options for places to eat, and it is open at meal times. Wifi worked well.
Our family visited Panama for vacation. The holiday Inn was clean, bed comfy, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We will definitely recommend to friends.
