The rooms are clean, the bed was very comfortable. They have been updating the rooms to include new beds. Breakfast is served on time, and is mostly Panamanian cuisine. They staff is very helpful. The area is walkable with stores and restaurants nearby. I would stay again.

The building is dated. Large room with on 40w bulb in the ceiling and one night stand. Reception deals a lot with I guess prepaid groups so they don’t care about individuals. Buffet breakfast is very nice but no fruits.

The hotel has great potential. The main downside was that the corridors in particular are mouldy and smell like the hotel has been under renovations recently. Everything else was decent. I traveled with my 9 year old niece and she liked the room and loved the pool. The housekeeping was impeccable. Rooms were cleaned very well and towels changed daily. Housekeeping even made my niece's bed and arranged her stuff toys - a very cute touch! The staff were also very pleasant and helpful, no complaints there. The buffet breakfast wasn't a huge variety but still quite nice for its simplicity. It's walking distance to many restaurants and convenience stores which was great. There's even a sushi restaurant right next door.

The hotel has a very bad small in all the halls, the rooms as well small bad...the furniture are old and in bad condition. But the worst part of all this was that at midnight my 101 year's old mother was at the bathroom and was not any toilet paper, so I have to take the risk to let her by herself for a few minutes so I can run to the front desk asking for more. It was bad!!!....in the bathroom you can't find anything you need... the towels were so chips...that I can't even describe

Bonitas instalaciones, se ve que aún están en remodelación pero hay mucho que mejorar. El desayuno me pareció muy pobre, poca variedad para no decir que nula. El wifi solo en el lobby, las habitaciones amplias pero con pocas amenidades (agua, café, hielera). El área social se ve un poco descuidada y solitaria.

Solo había wifi en el lobby y el teléfono para llamar a recepción estaba dañado, pero lo pulcro de las habitaciones, lo delicioso que estaba su buffet de cortesía y la atención al cliente salvaron los mínimos detalles antes mencionados.. Lo utilice para pasar el cumpleaños de mi niña y puedes llevar tu dulcesito sin costo adicional (igual puedes llamar y su personal muy amable te atenderá) Su piscina bastante acordé si vas con niños Pero recomendaría que lleven sus salvavidas y todas sus instalaciones bastantes bonitas para tus fotos. El precio está súper bueno así que aprovechen para darse una escapadita a este maravilloso hotel 10/10 recomendadisimo.
