EXCELLENT stay! We arrived extremely late after a long day sightseeing. We were greeted by an extremely friendly front desk clerk (wish I got his name) who immediately checked us in. The following morning, we went in search of the Castles dog. We found him doing his job, right in front of the castles entrance! Grounds were lovely, Irish people have to be the absolute kindest people on earth! I highly recommend Ballyseede Castle!

Part of the charm of this great B&B is finding and getting to it. The road gets narrower and narrower, and you are very aware of the charms of rural Ireland. The B&B was well maintained and clean. This was my favorite hotel from our 10 day vacation to Ireland. Our room was beautifully decorated and clean. It was a little stuffy in our room due to the unseasonably warm temperatures for June (80F), however, they already had a fan in the room. The food at both restaurants was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful while having to deal with a "hen party" in their lobby. This hotel is my top choice in Killarney if I get to go again.
