A broken toe cut our hiking trip short, and we arrived at Brook Manor Lodge about 10:00am, hoping to stow are luggage. Even though check-in was scheduled to be at 4:00pm, the owner took pity on us. Within 15 minutes she had moved us from an upstairs room to a first floor suite so we wouldn't have to deal with stairs, and she let us check in right away. The hotel is beautiful and the service is impeccable. Highly recommended!

The B&B was wonderful – the rooms were large and clean with a superior breakfast. The proprietress was wonderful and gave wonderful advice about must-see sights in the area. Brook Manor Lodge is outside Tralee but very accessible to both downtown and some of the local beaches. We really enjoyed our visit and would 100% recommend in the future. Can’t wait to be back!

Sandra was a wonderful host and very accommodating. We really lucked out staying here. An absolutely beautiful place in a beautiful area. It was so nice to be able to explore the area and know that we had a nice place to relax at the end of a long day. The beauty, comfort, and quietness of our room were incredible. Everything in the room, from the coffee machine and biscuits to the automatic trouser iron and the comfort of the bathroom, was perfect. But the breakfast was the crowning glory. The hot menu, the cheese plate, the freshly squeezed orange and apple juices, even the orchids in the winter garden and the fragrant carnations on our table were a dream. The lady who welcomed us and provided the service was wonderful and cheerful.
