The spa is a great feature but it is not a swimming pool. It is becoming a little tired with some features not working fully eg lockers. It would be helpful if more information was provided about the use of these facilities However we enjoyed the spa twice - it was great to have it to look forward to after a long day driving. Booking ahead is essential. Would not hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again.

Really wish I'd booked at least 2 nights here at this beautiful property in this beautiful location! I was visiting from USA w/ my wife and we had great time. I took a little carriage ride across the street through the park, saw the Muckross house, saw some old buildings, had some great strolls, and had fun at the spa as well. Beautiful property with lots of parking. 3 restaurant options on site, room was big and clean. Walking distance to Muckross Abbey and Muckross House. The vitality pools are very relaxing and worth getting your time booked in advance. The breakfast in the morning is exceptional and very delicious.
