The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities were clean and user friendly. The food was very good with a large choice. The only drawback was the car park was about a 250 mtrs walk away, although you were able to temporarily park outside the entrance (if the space was available) to unload/load your cases.

Everything was lovely. The staff were so good, so friendly and helpful. It's right in the town centre so parking isn't the best but we managed to get a space right out the front. There is parking down the road and the hotel can get you a permit. We were on the top floor and no lift so the stairs were a pain but we got our steps in! The bed was so comfy clean room with good air con and good shower. Would definitely recommend.

I would stay here again a hundred times! The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Best brown bread in Ireland! Our room and bathroom were spotless. It was quiet and comfortable. We were there during a nasty storm and had no reason to leave the property, so I can’t say anything about Tralee and how convenient the location is, but it sure was nice to have everything we needed (food, entertainment, clean accommodations) without having to step into the rain!
