During your visit to Panama City, you can do some window-shopping at Uruguay Street. While in this family-friendly area, you can savor the top-notch restaurants.
"The hotel was marketed as a 5-star property, but it didn’t quite live up to that standard. The restaurants and buffet were pretty underwhelming, and the hotel overall felt a bit dated. The pool area was decent, but the staff there were noticeably rude, which hurt the experience.
That said, there were some positives. The front desk staff were friendly, the housekeeping team did a great job, and everything throughout the hotel was very clean. The room itself was well laid out and comfortable, and the bed was great for our 8-night stay.
Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable hotel, but it doesn’t feel like a true 5-star experience."
