"In my opinion this is the best hotel in Santiago. Rooms are large with stunning views of the Andes mountains. Well kept facilities, well trained staff and a terrace/pool area that’s a true oasis in a very busy city with warm temperatures 9 or 10 months of the year. "
"Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal.
We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing.
Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again.

"Very welcoming staff - honored the early checking VIP perk and allowed us to check in at 10:30 AM. We had a great room view a nice view. Breakfast service was great (especially Nicolas was awesome) - they brought "made to order" eggs, avocado toast etc. Room we very nice, clean and spacious. Location of this hotel is THE BEST with direct access to the Metro and large shopping malls. "

Love the new addition of the game room next to the pool. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We were efficiently helped with dinner reservations and changes to our ski excursion. I needed to stay at this hotel for only a few hours, and it was within walking distance of my location and next to a lot of places in the city. My boyfriend´s father had a hotel reserved for us, and we had no problem getting a room. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was easy to get in and out of the room and hotel. I also liked that there was a worker who opened the door for me when I arrived with my luggage.
The staff we incredibly helpful, and went to great lengths to insure we had a great stay. We had to check out early to catch a flight, and they brought us breakfast fixings the night before, as we left too early to get breakfast.
