The service, property and the food are exceptional

This is probably the nicest place we have ever stayed. The location is out of a movie. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes an effort to get to know you. The room was amazing and had fresh fruit every day. Every meal was delicious. They are always making sure you have enough water when you are on the beach and I got a free kayak rental. One of the best hotel I have stayed in so far. Rooms are very nice and service is excellent. Location is very private and beach is clean. If you are traveling with kids they will enjoy the kids club too.

Picked this hotel over the Four Seasons due to the rooms being right on the beach. Walk out your door and you are on the sand. Found out during our stay that the staff is second to none, pamper you to the point you feel guilty. Food was excellent, both the free breakfast (inspired made to order dishes) and the dinner on the beach was incredible (both the food and the sunset dining on the beach). The hotel is nice. The problem it is on the other side of the island which is less popular due to the quality of sea water. Activities ie swimming and snorkeling are not feasible. The issue I have with booking with Expedia is that we lose a lot of benefits as Marriott ie no upgrade of room unless you pay extra

Beautiful old buildings that have a rustic charm. Two adorable cats live on the property and visited us at our villa. The staff was also very cheerful and friendly, and made us feel so at home and welcome. We hope to visit again.

It is not often you stay at a Hotel that manages to create an atmosphere of friendliness and warmth with service that is dedicated and professional. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The family room fit 5 of us very comfortably since it has two bathrooms.
