Picked this hotel over the Four Seasons due to the rooms being right on the beach. Walk out your door and you are on the sand. Found out during our stay that the staff is second to none, pamper you to the point you feel guilty. Food was excellent, both the free breakfast (inspired made to order dishes) and the dinner on the beach was incredible (both the food and the sunset dining on the beach). Amazing staff and amazing facilities. Everyone was very helpful and made sure to work with you for anything you needed. Wonderful experience, will be staying here again next time we come to Langkawi!

Breakfast buffet was delicious. The family room fit 5 of us very comfortably since it has two bathrooms.

We stayed at both the Tanjung Rhu resort in the north and the Riyaz Lavanya. We are a family of 3. This hotel had a very spacious 2 bedroom unit with washer. It was located near restaurants and the beach. Only downside was the lack of a view from our room and this is a busier side of town. The hotel staff were wonderful and the rooms were newer and very clean. The only reason we wouldn’t stay here again is because we enjoyed the north side of Langkawi more than the south side. La Pari Pari was a wonderful unexpected find! Just outside of the craziness oh Cenang beach it escapes the touristy atmosphere but is accessible to all. It it tucked just back off the main road but so worth the puddles that the dirt road has created. Our room was immaculate and private. The staff was very friendly and accommodating . The on site restaurant Fatcupid was some of the best reasonably priced food we ate on Langkawi. So completely different from the swamped touristy restaurants...

Beautiful beach front property

TStar has a great concept - you pay for the basic room, and add on extras as required. This is great as I'm happy not to have the room serviced every day and save the money, and the same with toiletries - I usually have them with me anyway so would rather pay less and not get them from the hotel. Season Inn, Langkawi Indonesia, provides everything it says it does and is every bit as desirable a place to stay as the reviews I read say it is. It doesn't just have A/C, the A/C is top-brand and quiet. The bathroom fixtures are the latest, including the Rain-Shower shower head. Hot water is instantaneous and the water pressure is without a flaw - better even than the water pressure in one of the luxury seaside resort hotels friends are staying in.
