La Pari Pari was a wonderful unexpected find! Just outside of the craziness oh Cenang beach it escapes the touristy atmosphere but is accessible to all. It it tucked just back off the main road but so worth the puddles that the dirt road has created. Our room was immaculate and private. The staff was very friendly and accommodating . The on site restaurant Fatcupid was some of the best reasonably priced food we ate on Langkawi. So completely different from the swamped touristy restaurants...

It was located near restaurants and the beach. Only downside was the lack of a view from our room and this is a busier side of town. The villas at Lavanya are beautiful and very well maintained. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with pool. The apartment was quite spacious elegantly built and furnished, with full kitchen and washer dryer. The service was awesome! The only issue I had was that the master bathroom had no door and the toilet in it had glass doors. And that was a major inconvenience for us. Except that, I liked everything about this place!
