"Resort was awesome. It is very large but has shuttles if you don’t want to walk. Lots of pools, bartenders were great, entertainment was great, lots of food options and never had to wait long to be seated. There weren’t any planned teen activities but plenty to do on your own. We would recommend. "
"My stay at Ocean El Faro was great, I always love the Ocean chain of hotels. They have great amenities and a lot to do on property. My only complaint is the lengthy sales pitch to join membership, this I did not appreciate and the fact that they disguised it as you being offered a gift for celebrating a special occasion. They are too aggressive with the Lighthouse pitch, way too lengthy and heavy, no one wants to spend hours of their vacation listening to a sales pitch worst on a special occasion. Please do better where this is concerned, if the offer must be made, keep it very short so persons can get back to their vacation."

"Room was beautiful and kept spotless by staff. Resortwas immaculate. Staff go above and beyond to your needs. Butler (Pablo) has been our butler for many years and is considered our family. Special acknowledgement for restaurant greeters, AnnaMaria, Noemi, Olga and Dorcas. They are wonderful and are also considered family . The staff are the main reason why we keep returning to The Mirage. No complaints. We love it there and we love the staff. ❤️❤️❤️

"My friends and I had an amazing stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; the food and drinks was good as well.
My only compliant would be the reserving of the specialty restaurants for a larger group, (larger than 4). It was impossible to get in any of them, so we stayed with the buffets which had a wide variety of food and it was amazing anyway. No one got sick off the food either and we ate everything.
Definitely would like to return to the Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort Spa & Casino. "
"Everything about this resort was exactly as described. It was absolutely gorgeous. Well kept. Clean. The staff is amazing!! Super helpful and extremely friendly. The resort is beautiful. The food was excellent at every restaurant and buffet. The beach is beautiful and well kept as well. The room was super clean and pretty. We had an issue with the AC in our room and the stuff was super attentive in addressing our issue. I literally have ZERO COMPLAINTS and we can not wait to come back!! "
