Reserva un hotel en Santiago

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They take great care of you and the breakfast which was included was great every morning. I was most impressed when we had to check out at 3:45am to join a trekking tour and the staff not only prepared breakfast for us to go but also included water, juice, snacks and fruit!! Not only did they far surpass our expectations with their service but the room was clean and comfortable and the location ideal with everything...

Excelente hotel ,personal muy atento. Habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas. El único inconveniente es que queda algo retirado y para llegar a pie desde el centro hay que subir escaleras o pendientes. Respetaron mi estatus VIp, me regalaron botella de vino y me dieron up grade en la habitación. Las chicas de reception nota 1000.

Fue increíble nuestra visita hacia este hotel, nos quedamos solo una noche, porque ibamos de pasada por Urubamba, pero me hubiera encantado más días, el lugar es estupendo para relajarse, observar la naturaleza, y el staff de ahí lo hará sentir como en casa, Alejandra y sus compañeros son muy amables, atentos, serviciales.. la comida es buenísima.. Vale la pena hospedarse acá, full recomendado..
