"Great resort very clean, friendly staff. The only complaint I have is the beach is more like a lagoon. The water is perfectly flat beautiful to look at but as soon as you step in, it feels like a lake, murky after a few feet,& your feet sink into the sand like mud and it’s barely 3 feet deep until the ropes. Great for little kids, but a 10 minute walk down the beach brings you to the Riu tropical with a beach that looks and feels perfect"

"It was a great view at the Palace on our 2nd night when we actually got to stay there. After a long day of travel we arrived at the hotel to find out we got moved to the property next door which was cheaper, we paid for the Palace and our friends were at the Palace. They shouldn't be able to move us and not let us know in advance. They made us check out of our room at noon the next day, but we couldn't check into the Palace until 3. They should have been more accommodating to us and let us have a late check out."
