"Our room was very clean and looked brand new everyday after the cleaners came. The servers at the restaurants and especially the breakfast buffet were so sweet and kind. The gym is a little basic which wasn’t a huge downside and it was still very well maintained. We got a garden view room which had a wonderful view and balcony. Overall, felt very safe and welcoming. Only issue we had was with our minibar refills. It wasn’t refilled the entire trip and our request for water bottles wasn’t fulfilled even after my request on the app said it has been resolved. Overall a great resort experience just be mindful you may have to ask the front desk for water bottles or minibar concerns."

"Good afternoon! I left a separate review for the restaurant, since it is owned by the same person! The hotel is nice and cozy. The rooms are nice and spacious. The hubby and I had a nice room with a great view since the beach is literally right across the street. The staff is very kind and helpful! However, we couldn’t connect to any of our apps on the television. We were limited to watch 4 or 5 channels. There’s a liquor boutique store within the hotel but it wasn’t open. It probably would have been nice if it were open because the restaurant has a bar but no bartender. The pool area is cool but you have to climb a good amount of steps to get there. The bathroom door doesn’t lock so have a lookout from a friend or partner just in case someone else thinks it’s available. If you’re looking for a nice cozy room, Hotel 39 is it. Now if you’re looking to spend most of your time in the hotel, you’ll probably be bored a bit. In the lobby there is a few games (Chess, checkers, dominoes, etc) to play while you wait for your driver or so. There’s suppose to be a massage store but it’s just a massage chair, lol. As I mentioned before, I left a separate review for the restaurant. I will say this, don’t stick to eating at Alexander restaurant. The staff provides excellent service. You can either get the Jamaican style breakfast or the American style breakfast. You can’t swap or mix them. For lunch and breakfast, PLEASE check out other restaurants within the area, you’ll thank me later!"

"Best bathroom I’ve encountered in my travels - the deep soaking tub and extra large shower with 3 separate areas with shower heads were divine! Beach was beautiful and the food was very good. Consistently had decent eating options as a plant based diner. Highly recommend!"

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean. This resort is not on the beach you'll get access to the beach across the street. Not your typical all-inclusive atmosphere, more like a bed and breakfast with breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Only has one pool and it's very small. Not much to do on the property. We spent 3 nights 4 days and I was ready to leave at the end of the second day. This place is for folks who plan to do most their fun activities outside the hotel"
