This hotel felt like a private resort. We booked a larger room with a kitchen and it was pretty well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were great and the direct access to the beach with a little patch that was private was lovely. The sand and water were perfect. The Jaybird restaurant and bar was also a nice addition. Most of the staff was very nice and attentive, the manager even called us to make sure everything was good.

The people there was very nice and helpful any way they could. The life guard (Demyous) think that’s how to spell his name. Bent over backwards to make everything enjoyable. Get you want you needed on the beach

It was our second stay at the Rondel and I can’t say enough how much I love staying there and the staff! Even after the devastation of hurricane Melissa everyone was in high spirits and still bringing good vibes! This place and its people feel like extended family!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to assist with any questions. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided met all my needs during my stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s facilities were well kept, and the overall environment felt safe and inviting. Housekeeping services were consistent, and all common areas were clean and organized. What stood out most was the excellent customer service. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and attentive, making me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.
