Resort was fantastic and clean. There was plenty of food and drinks to choose from daily. Loved the fact that housekeeping would come clean room twice a day and stock room refrigerator. The only downside was some of the employees in maintenance or groundskeepers would ask constantly if we were interested in buying mary jane. Highly recommended to vacation at couples.

The beach was pristine! Sand was soft, clean, and rock free. The resort was clean and the staff was always working on upkeep of the property. The property was large and required a lot of walking (a good way to get your number of steps in). The room was nice, but the porch fan was not working. The food was very good. We will return someday!

Beautiful property. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. I visited the resort twice. My only issue is that they don’t offer bottled water in the rooms. Also, they could do a better job at keeping the Scotch Bonnet hut cleaner like sweeping the floor and wiping off the tables immediately after guests leave the tables. Otherwise, restaurants serve great food, buffet is great. property is lovely, staff is great!

Tried out this couples resort for my babymoon. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms was clean views were amazing. My only negatives is the property needs to be updated a bit a little dated. The good food is at the restaurants on the resorts the buffet was hit or miss depending on the menu. I've paid less for 5 star resorts with Michelin chef so the price was a bit much for what this resort offered. The spa was relaxing but have to cross the street to the other side of the property to visit. Prepare for a 2hr BUMPY ride if you fly into MBJ airport.

We stayed at the Great Verandah room, we love the hammock and spacious verandah. The staff were not friendly, 90% they dont even make eye contact or greet you, we greeted them first. The gym is open area, it can get very hot, the equipments are rusty, I hardly see attendants in the gym. Overall, it was not a bad resort but the staff needs improvement. The food was average. The entertainment needs improvement as well.

One of the best beaches in the world + a few great free excursions + slightly-better-than-cruise-ship food quality. We tried most of the dishes available on the property, and while only a few were bad, few were great. While there is always something solid at each buffet, and the ‘high end’ restaurants weren’t terrible, we didn’t have one bite during our stay that begged us to eat it again. You visit for the beach…and the beach is worth it. Snorkeling and catamaran cruises were great. The gym is great. The grounds are kept very clean considering some people act like animals. The drinks are somehow just mediocre, a lot of pre-mixed beachy cocktails, best to order your own unique combo that won’t be pre-mixed. Reserve your beach chair early if you want shade and an unobstructed view. But again…what a beach. Also be prepared, if you’re staying on a Saturday night, expect thumping bass until *4 am*. We had a noisemaker on and still only got a few hours of sleep. Also, the beach vendors will never stop. We were standing on our deck in our bathrobes and a guy hollered at us from the beach. They’re so relentless we joked that a guy was about to pop out from underwater with scuba gear and ask us if we wanted to buy weed. Just a bit much.

Beautiful property, very romantic room on the beach and both the people and the cleanliness were amazing. The main complaint was the lack of communication on things happening throughout the resort and the food options. There were only two restaurants that were available without reservations and one of them was completely closed for a private event one night... leaving only the buffet.
