By far the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The attention to detail is mesmerizing. The staff all know your name, your dining on the finest china, with the best silver, the products are Acqua di Parma, the breakfast is incredible. Simply flawless

Amazing hotel! I wanted to stay here forever! The town of Camogli is truly remarkable and one of the most beautiful places I have stayed at on the Italian Riviera. Highly recommend! There is also easy access via ferry to gorgeous San Fruttuoso and Portofino! There's also a train very close walking distance from the hotel that you can take to get to the Cinque Terre towns in around 45 mins. Beautiful hotel with great amenities and staff. Everything perfect except the Aircondition wasn't cool enough for me.. apart from this, I would fully recommend this hotel. The beach side is fantastic!

Hotel staff was amazing and friendly, so kind and nice. This hotel is an old mansion, there are only about 16 rooms, directly overlooking the walkway that is on the water and overlooking the ocean. Our room had a patio looking out at the ocean, with a hot tube, we slept with the doors open and the sound of waves all night long. Beautiful hotel with a million dollar view. We splurged for three nights at the Grand Hotel Portovenere and are happy we did. Best location in this beautiful town though one scould argue that it is hard to go wrong anywhere in Portovenere. The hotel is centrally located in Genova very close to the De Ferrari Plaza and metro station. The facilities are first class with an amazing floating staircase. Rooms are clean and well appointed, can be a little noisy at night since the adjacent streets are busy. Overall an excellent experience in beautiful Genova. We stayed for 5 nights in November.

What a unique property! We loved the character of the palace. The decor was really cool. The staff was excellent, great food and cocktails. I enjoyed the Vespar in the bar. Much better to stay here than in or closer to Porto Fino.

Loved it. We wanted to stay in one of the cinque terre villages, but ended up here and we were SO glad. Take the ferry from Porto venere which is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel staff will help you understand the ferry and times. Town of Porto Venere was one of our favorites.
