My 1st stay at Hennan was remarkable that is why I chose to stay again. My expectations were so high however the experience was quite different. Probably it was so crowded in the pool and by the beach area, including the lobby. Unlike before, there was a staff who greeted u as soon as u enter with a welcome drink and a sort of a lei given to u. Noticed the upholsteries in the lobby are dirty. The atmosphere is not as relaxing as before. But, the staff remain courteous and friendly.

This is the cleanest and most well maintained hotel I have been to yet in the Philippines. It was wonderful. The landscaping and gardens are gorgeous. The staff was also very, very friendly amd helpful. They arranged transportation and even a boat tour for us. The restaurant was also very clean and well maintained. The prices were reasonable and while the food was nothing fantastic, it was still far above average. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely stay here again.

I’m writing this as an American tourist that has been to all-inclusive resorts in Cancun and Costa Rica a few times (to help you American readers compare). This resort is 5 stars. Staff is very nice and helpful. The beach itself is amazing. Clear waters, white soft sand. Just watch out for the sea urchins. Staff can give you more details about that.
