Very nice place to stay in the Newtown area. Room has everything one would need, though over a 10 night stay, there were a couple of nights when there was no TV signal. No big deal. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, in large part due to the amazing staff. Shout out for Ivy! Wonderful young lady who was always super attentive to our needs. Looking forward to staying here again next time we go to Cebu.

This hotel is a fantastic choice if you are looking to keep within a budget, but still want all of the amenities! I am an American and this was my first stay at this hotel. I stayed for 9 days and I guarantee I will be back on my next vacation to Cebu! The rooms have a wonderfully comfortable bed with multiple layers of sheets and a blanket, as well as 4 queen size comfortable pillows. new/relatively new furnishings, a desk and closet with a large (big enough for a labtop) safe inside....

For the price conscious traveller who dont care about perks and other amenities like in other larger and chain hotels, Pillows has very clean good sized rooms, clean bathroom with plenty of towels and very comfortable bed and pillows, a safe, a quiet AC, TV and free breakfast. They even throw in a dental kit and newspaper. Location is in a quiet street but just a mere 2 min walk to Fuente. They offer more for the price I paid.
