Firstly the hotel is spotless, very clean and I can't fault the rooms. Parking is great the outside guard is awesome the reception and rest of staff were so nice, helpful and just professional. Food was ok but it's Pinoy, so those that have traveled here will understand what I mean, always cold and never like the menu Fotos... But wholesome... I do recommend this hotel as I'm in Bohol every couple of months my kids are here.. to me best hotel in Bohol, location and cleanliness.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean but the first room we got had a water leak coming in from rain, the second room was an upgrade and bigger but water pressure for the shower was low and we had to ask for towels more than once. The breakfast buffet was out of some of the food but would be replaced after 10-15 minutes. Evenings were a little noisy due to the restaurant/bar nextdoor. Staff was friendly and helpful with the problem we had. I would stay there again because the beds were comfortable wich is very important to me and because I want to stay in that area.

Bathroom door needs repair/bottom part is falling apart. Door key was deactivated on second day/room door key needs to be checked. Noticed 2 small roaches as well. other than that....staff are very nice,helpful,foods are great! Thank you

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms need little maintenance like bathroom doors deteriorating from moisture. The most inconvenient thing i hate is they only give you one yes if you have 2 or 3 people in your room you get one key and that key must go into the wall to turn on power. Tried to ask for another key but was time no way it's the policy sir! Overall wed go back.

Room was clean, but basic. If you turned the AC off ( window mounted unit), for whatever reason, the floor got very wet. Hot water was very slow to arrive. Their beeakfast buffet has gotten a little better with the addition of an eggs to order station, but still very limited options. (They have a small kitchen). What really bothered me was the televisions LACK OF GOOD STATIONS. My native language is English and there were only 2 English stations. To be fair, that is true of ALL the hotels in Tagbilaran city. There are no 5 star accommodations there, you have to go to Panglao to get those. Even then, depending on the hotel, you can still get bad TV. All that being said, it is the best hotel in Tagbilaran for their price point. Quick check in, very friendly and attentive staff. There is a shuttle to the ferry port (250 pesos) and a McDonald's and major mall ( ICM) within easy walking distance. It is our go to hotel when we visit my wife's parents in Lila Poblacion. Just please get a better cable package. Their lounge on the 7th floor serves very good food. Try the chicken teriyaki and the orange chicken wings. Their cocktails are watered down. They need to hire a better bartender. Still the best hotel in Tagbilaran City.
