"While climbing the stairs to our floor was a bit challenging, the room itself was fantastic. The location is perfect - right in the center of Split and within easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The host was extremely responsive and even shared helpful parking tips. Highly recommended!"

"Awesome location, right where the action is, yet very quiet, by a beautiful park and some unique large statues. Split can be very crowded and touristy when loads of people disembark from very large cruise ships. Our room was very peaceful and the location was such that we could chose to be in touristy areas but also quickly find alleyways that took us to traditional restaurants and neighborhoods which are the real gems of Split. Highly recommend this place."

"We highly recommend this accommodation. The hotel is historic, charming, and in a quieter section within the palace walls. We stayed outside the walls the first couple of nights and then stayed within the walls. It's quite special to wander around in the evening, not worry about traffic, and return to this property. The best part of our stay is Edita and Ivan. They are welcoming, courteous, helpful and provide the small touches that make Split so wonderful."

"Lovely guesthouse with beautiful ship decor and rustic brick walls. Provided coffee and tea amenities which were useful in the morning. You can see the sunrise from the window. The room was spacious for 2 people and the most comfortable bed I have ever found in a hotel. The guesthouse is in the center of everything. Highly recommend if you are visiting Split."
