Very large, extremely clean and well located room at end of Riva, a short walk to cafes and laundry. Great comforter and comfortable bed. Suggested improvements include: a shelf above bathroom sink for toiletries; electrical socket in a more convenient place for phone charger. Larger hot water heater - during shower hot water ran out.

This is a great ppot to see Split. Not very far from the peirs, in the turest center. Everything is at your fingertips. Important to know about this hotel is that the loby is not always open. I was worried about that at first, but then, before we arrived in Split I recived a message asking when i would arrive? So there was a guy waiting there to check us in. After that we had a key and were able to come and go freely with out dealing with a lobby. It was perfect for us. Rooms are very nice.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds. Fantastic location so close to the city centre and harbour yet so peaceful and quiet. We loved Split, fantastic history, very clean, beautiful to look at, friendly and safe. And even a beautiful beach for swimming. We would love to have stayed longer, we will return and stay in Villa Matejuska again.
