Really great stay here. We liked how modern and spacious the room was and how nice the lobby and restaurant and bar was.

The staff couldn't have made this experience better if they had tried any harder. Everyone was personable and friendly. From the innkeeper Kerry to the concierge Zahava and the server Jared as well as several others. I recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Calgary and looking for a home away from home. The room was beautifully appointed and the food in the hotel was exceptional. The lobby area made for a great office to get extra work done.

We don't usually stay in bed and breakfast type lodging. But we were very pleasantly surprise at the stay at Westmount. Kim the owner was very accommodating of our needs for a ground floor room given our heavy suitcases and not wanting to damage the incredible wookwork in the home. She made us an excellent breakfast and we had pleasant conversations. She also gave us excellent advice on nearby restaurants. Very nice.

The whole hotel and our room were very clean This is the first time we had to use our key card in the elevator first before selecting our floor. We parked underground but paid $40 a night. Ice machines were not on every floor. We were in the 9th floor and ice machines started on 4th and then every other floor. There were many restaurants with in walking distance.

Our stay was excellent! From check in to check out. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed. The rain shower could have had more pressure but still was great. Great service in the restaurant. The complimentary breakfast had everything. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent value close to airport with bar and restaurant. Steam shower in rooms was awesome too after a long flight!

Injust to comment on the receptionist on duty during our check out. She’s not that accommodating. I just failed to get her name. She’s not going to encourage guests to get back with that kind of attitude. Except that experience, overall it was great because of the facility is so clean and relaxing to sleep. Thanks.

It was a wonderful stay and a great breakfast of our trip. We couldn't stay much due to our busy schedule. We would definitely like to stay in future here. There was some construction going on inside the hotel which was a bummer.

My room window is so close to other residents building windows, we keep the room curtain down all the time. Dining restaurant is excellent.

Close enough to the Saddledome but far enough to have little traffic

The best part of the Calgary Stampede experience for us was the Fairmont Palliser. Unbelievable service! It was so nice to come in from the crowds and have the staff to foresee all your needs. I only mentioned to one person in casual conversation that it was our anniversary, and when we came home to our room that evening, there was a card and desert on our bed. Everyone from check-in to valet to housekeeping was top notch service.
