Really enjoyed my 3 night stay here. The hotel is well placed within walking distance of places to visit and even closer to the nearest tram stop. The facilites were good, a nice pool area to relax by and a bar connected to the hotel which was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful including accommodating a slightly early check-in which was greatly appreciated after a long flight

Room was great, beds comfortable, loved having a balcony. Staff ante super helpful and friendly, particularly Ivy, ArRuhm, Sarah, Emmanuel from front desk.., and Asmeret from housekeeping was especially kind and helpful. Will always choose the Ramada Plaza Calgary downtown from now on.

Lovely, clean and tidy room with plenty of counter space in the bathroom. 2 "complaints": The beds were sold to us as Queen. Pretty sure they were only double. Thank goodness there were 2 of them so my husband and I could have 1 each! Secondly, pretty much everywhere you stay now has a fridge. That would have been very handy. Philip in the valet car park was amazing. Thank you!

It is a good room for the price. It was clean and quiet. The pool is on the 3rd level with no hot tub, but we were able to sit out and chill at night. This hotel is downtown with a garage that is hard to find but my husband got out the car and obtained directions from the hotel. The garage staff acted like they were guarding the cars with their lives! We went to the 360 restaurant and enjoyed the elevated view while drinking wine!

Fantastic hotel in downtown Calgary. Near the ctrain stop and Stephen’s walk with lots of bars and restaurants. Room had pool view with a balcony which was lovely. Great pool area with plenty of loungers and nice views. Room modern and clean, bed comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Room was clean, well-stocked with toiletries and towels; location is walking distance to local bus and fast food; breakfast buffet was pricey for me ($18+tax). I noticed visible stain on the carpet in the hallway; lighting in the hallway is dimmed; no microwave or fridge in the room; staff were friendly and welcoming though which is a plus for me.

The hotel itself is alright, although dated. The bathroom scared my girlfriend. The pool is not heated but a nice place to relax Parking is 20 dollars a night, and does not fit larger trucks, there is a city of Calgary covered parking lot a block away that allows vehicles up to 6' 7"
