Wonderful place to stay beautiful rooms and friendly staff with underground parking. Some road noise but white noise machines in rooms helped with this. Overall wonderful location close to river and very walkable would recommend

It was a lively location in Kensington, very walkable with good restaurants nearby. Felt like a neighborhood. Room size was excellent, breakfast was good, and the food at the Oxbow was very good.

Maybe the most pleasant and helpful staff we've encountered, both at the front desk and the housekeeping people. Great location (except for the current construction), spacious and comfortable room. Underground parking is a bit interesting to get into, as the alley is quite busy, and the garage is, as underground parking usually is, a bit cramped. Really the only thing that could have been better was the breakfast, which was pretty underwhelming for a $300+ hotel. Very cool neighborhood with lots of other food and coffee options within a block, though. Enjoyed the stay

This magnificent little property was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in ages. I prefer boutique hotels to large corporate properties but usually you have to give up something in return for that. But not here. The room was large and comfortable with a fireplace and a street-facing balcony. The bed was excellent - the bathroom spacious and welcoming. The staff was great. The continental breakfast was excellent. I have nothing but enthusiasm for every aspect of my stay. And the neighborhood in which it's located has many restaurants and a great vibe, as well.

Very convenient to downtown by LRT. Rooms clean and comfortable. Did not appreciate changing nightly rate,, especially as it was not clear ahead of time on Expedia.

We liked everything about the Hotel except the elevator was not working Being my wife uses a cane and has significant mobility issues this created a real problem for us They tried their best by upgrading our room and not charging for parking but I rather have had them notify me ahead of time We loved the room and the amenities all very modern and no detail left undone The staff were excellent and the location is outstanding with a variety of good restaurants and fun things to do

Overall very good hotel stay. The reason for 4star vs 5 is we had booked a larger suite but unfortunately the suites ar3 o front of hotel overlooking Memorial Drive. Lots of road noise. A different room was available after one night trying the suite noise. Great location & great staff.
