"The location of this hotel is perfect on Plaza Del Sol, downtown area. They have a nice restaurant with lovely outdoors sitting area. Rooms definitely renovated, great bathroom with awesome shower. The staff is very kind and helpful. Great choice!"

"A fantastic location, very central, the pool and bar were excellent as were the staff. Only reason didn’t get 5 stars was the noise from the bar was quite loud in the rooms at night, especially Friday and Saturday. We weren’t particularly bothered as we wear ear plugs with our child sleeping in the same room as us, but may frustrate those who don’t want to wear them. I doubt it’s an issue on the rooms facing outwards, just those facing inwards. To be clear though, we would definitely come back!"

"El hotel es un monumento histórico excelentemente mantenido y ubicado de manera estratégica para quienes quieren caminar por el centro de Madrid. Fue la primera embajada de los Estados Unidos en España. Mantiene intactas puertas y diversos espacio que le dan majestuosidad al hotel. El staff muy atento. El único detalle es el gym. Es un cuarto muy pequeño compartido con un cubículo de sauna, en la que solo cabe una persona el gym y una en el sauna. Mas personas es congestión. Fuera de ese pequeño detalle. El hotel recomendadisimo."

"Chambre avec Terrasse. La chambre est un peu petite mais bien équipée. Les tables de chevet sont très petites. On peut y mettre un IPad et un téléphone et c'est tout. Pas de prises à cet endroit. Il y a un petit meuble suspendu à l'entrée avec un lumière qui est activée par un capteur de proximité. Il faut mettre quelque chose devant (ex: enveloppe de carte donnée lors du check-in) ou remonter la tablette pour éteindre la lumière la nuit. Comme 2 prises électriques se trouvent dans le meuble difficile de gérer la recharge de vos appareils la nuit en fermant la tablette. La terrasse est très grande et propre. Un auvent électrique peut être déployé pour faire de l'ombre, c'est très pratique en été car le revêtement de sol est en pierre et ça brûle les pieds. On a fait faire la chambre 1 fois en 4 jours. Ça a été bien fait, mais on ne nous a pas rempli les capsules pour le café et la femme de ménage est partie avec la carte que j'avais laissée dans le contact à l'entrée de la chambre (pour la clim). Résultat, on est rentrés de notre journée dans un four crématoir. Le déjeûner au resto adjascent est très très bon pour 13 Euros. Ça vaut vraiment la peine."
