"Clean eooms. Honestly the complimentary breakfast was the highlight for me. Definitely would return for that. Low light was having issues with the room key constantly not working and having to get it reprogrammed each day, quite annoying."

"Perfect location for a short city break. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with no balcony. Spacious and fully equipped for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens). The room was clean and modern.
Roof top bar gives great views of the city and perfect for sunset views. Pool is small but all you need to refresh on a hot summer day.
All staff we came into contact with were helpful and very polite.

"The rooms had just been remodeled so they were even better than what was expected. The staff showed us to our room and explained how to use the lights (key card in the slot, something Americans aren’t used to) and how to operate the air conditioner controls. The location can’t be beat in the central spot of Sol with tons of restaurants and shops. The hotel is excellent and we would stay here again if in Madrid."

This was our last hurrah in Spain and we wanted an upscale stay which we got. It was not their fault but the garbage had piled up right in front of the hotel from the various restaurants, it was pretty awful and it took two days to get it out of there. However, the staff were top notch, the service was great, they were very friendly and helpful, as well. Excellent property in Centro/Sol. Hotel sits on Plaza Del Carmen which is currently being upgraded and should be lovely when complete. Location is Chueca adjacent with easy access to Malasaña, Retiro, Gran Via, and most attractions. David, Santi, and Manuel showed me nothing but comfort and grace. Thank you so much!
Right by the Puerta del Sol. Can't beat the location for walkability. A newish efficiency apartment with modern appointments and a huge terrace. The nearby plaza protests and city bustle, siren noise can be a surprise to suburban folks. Bring a sound machine or ear plugs if you can. TV has no WiFi connection and bath occasionally has a sewer smell. Keep the window cracked.
Wonderful! This hotel is close to everything, we walked everywhere. We had to take metro to Atocha train station and It was only a few steps away. The room with. Balcony was very spacious and great shower. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Will be back soon
It’s located in an excellent location, you have everything you need to enjoy your stay, very close to you. The staff is very nice!
What I didn’t like was the shower, the floor of the shower is very slippery, you have to be very careful not to fall, and I told them!

Great hostel located in the heart of Madrid. Friendly staff and a somewhat small number of beds meant that everyone got to know fellow travelers and had a great time.
From beginning to end, this is a charming hotel in a perfect location. We enjoyed the nearby movie theatres and full array of shopping. Our hotel room was spotless and comfortable with a perfect bed. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful with a tasty selection of spanish bites. Saving the best for last, is the incredible staff. From checkin to checkout- every member was professional, gracious and warm. A+++
I'm from the USA traveling alone and I was a little apprehensive at first since I never share rooms before, I went to the front desk several times asking questions and trying to understand the place and their system. The youngsters at the front desk were super kind and fun to talk to, answered all my questions always with a smile. Then I met the girls at the share room and the show me were everything was, my bed was clean and fresh an super spacious!!! I realized that there are lots of girls...
