"Great place to stay. Front reception very welcoming. We arrived on an early morning flight from the states and they said the room we chose was not ready but offered us another that was, and it was even nicer. Guess which one we took? Something minor happened, I can't even remember what, and they offered us a free breakfast for our inconvenience. They have a beautiful antique elevator and they offered to take our picture in it. PERFECT location for walking to everything. And we loved our little balcony."

"When I checked in, there was a very friendly and helpful receptionist from the Philippines. I do not remember her name. However, the service from her was really good. She helped me figure out where I wanted to go and and she took a lot of time just to make sure that I felt confident in the city of Madrid. She’s really a good staff person to keep. Thank you so so much!!!"
