"Clean eooms. Honestly the complimentary breakfast was the highlight for me. Definitely would return for that. Low light was having issues with the room key constantly not working and having to get it reprogrammed each day, quite annoying."
"Perfect location for a short city break. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with no balcony. Spacious and fully equipped for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens). The room was clean and modern.
Roof top bar gives great views of the city and perfect for sunset views. Pool is small but all you need to refresh on a hot summer day.
All staff we came into contact with were helpful and very polite.

"The rooms had just been remodeled so they were even better than what was expected. The staff showed us to our room and explained how to use the lights (key card in the slot, something Americans aren’t used to) and how to operate the air conditioner controls. The location can’t be beat in the central spot of Sol with tons of restaurants and shops. The hotel is excellent and we would stay here again if in Madrid."

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Incredible location close to everything. Quiet, modern, and comfortable rooms. The staff was great and very accommodating to any needs. The little chocolates they leave for turn down service are so good!
We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, including shaving and dental kits, shower caps, and a variety of cute little bottles of toiletries. This was our last hurrah in Spain and we wanted an upscale stay which we got. It was not their fault but the garbage had piled up right in front of the hotel from the various restaurants, it was pretty awful and it took two days to get it out of there. Turned out to be a great place to stay. We had room 1 and it was a legitimate apartment - very large. The guy who manned the desk communicated with us great before and during our stay. He came in early to let us in as our flight was in the morning. The common areas are so-so, but the apartment was modern and clean. We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!
Nice to have coffee and tea in the lobby. We have been travelling to Portugal and Spain during this trip and this was the first hotel that offers coffee, tea, hot water. They also have mini muffin in the morning and wine in the evening, a nice touch.
Excellent property in Centro/Sol. Hotel sits on Plaza Del Carmen which is currently being upgraded and should be lovely when complete.
