"Second visit and it was amazing. Great location, great pool, great rooms - very clean. Modern facilities and a paradise in Madrid. Loads of places to eat and drink locally."
"Great location , close to everything. The staff was great and shout out to the manager Sonia. She recommended the best place to see a Flamenco Show. The breakfast was absolutely delicious . We will be back next time . Sonia upgraded our room for free."
"Location is perfect as it is close to the Atocha train station. Seina Sofia and Prado museums as well as the Retiro park. Some people may prefer to live close to the very busy area (gran via). The place is very well maintained. I would like to stay here again if I ever visit Madrid again. Breakfast is really good, not super fancy but offer many options and good quality. It is great to have a big breakfast before starting walking for almost a whole day."
"Great property location right near to everything in Madrid. Hotel was clean, tidy with a great breakfast and hotel rooftop to see some amazing sunsets and spend time by the pool"
"We stayed in Madrid for a couple of nights, and this hotel was a great choice. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of many of the city’s top attractions.
Our flight from the U.S. arrived early, and we were fortunate that a room was available. We were even upgraded to a balcony room overlooking Gran Vía. Despite the busy location, the room was surprisingly quiet, with only the occasional siren.
The staff was courteous and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. We...
"Great apartment in Gran Via, with air conditioning, comfortable bed and useful kitchen. Stayed for a festival. Good transport links and perfect for exploring Madrid. Roof top bar and pool with a few sun beds was great, but obviously very popular as it was 40°!"
"This is one of the best hotels in Madrid. It's a great location right on the Gran Via. Lots of good restaurants and places for shopping nearby... and within easy walking distance to the museums and national palace. We'll certainly look forward to staying at Hotel Atlantico again."
"The hotel was perfectly situated to where we wanted to be in Madrid. It was easy to walk to The Prado and Sofia Reina museums, and Retiro Park was literally around the corner. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. And the staff was more than accommodating and friendly. Being welcomed with a glass of cava made the experience even better!"
"Beautiful hotel and very well located. We walked to La Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza mayor and Plaza del Sol. Many restaurants close by, and the Atocha train station is also about a couple of blocks away from the hotel."
"This hotel is in a great location, and every member of staff we dealt with were so friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend this hotel for your trip to Madrid!! "
"Very nice and affordable for Madrid. Room to spread out. Walkable to a lot of Madrid. Front desk staff very helpful with recommendations and advice. Pool bar on roof great spot before bedtime."

From beginning to end, this is a charming hotel in a perfect location. We enjoyed the nearby movie theatres and full array of shopping. Our hotel room was spotless and comfortable with a perfect bed. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful with a tasty selection of spanish bites. Saving the best for last, is the incredible staff. From checkin to checkout- every member was professional, gracious and warm. A+++
Excelente ubicación, muy buen espacio de la habitación, muy limpio y agradable, ideal para ir en familia de dos adultos y dos niños, todo estaba a walking distance!
Quite happy with the proximity to everything from the Gran Via to Puerta del Sol to Plaza Mayor. The Sol Metro stop is very close, with access by elevator from the plaza or through El Corte Ingles department store nearby. Walking distance to the Prado, continuing on to Reina Sofia before Metro-ing back. It was a little longer trip to Palacio Real but very manageable. I will admit we took a cab there due to weather and the fact that the Opera Metro station leaves you with still a bit of a walk...
So I gave it 5 stars overall because it was exactly what I expected it to be. It was close to everything and it was clean and had a bathroom. The front desk was very helpful as well. Rooms are a bit small but as I said, nothing I was not expecting.
This was a trip for my parents, the staff was amazing and friendly. We arrived at close to 1AM and someone was available to receive us. Great location! Perfect for sightseeing and close to metro lines.
Great place to stay close to everything. Make sure to double check your arrival coincides with the check in window or you need to arrange after hours. Good communication from the host and a comfortable space
The stay was great and as comfortable as it gets. Very convenient to every sight in Madrid by foot. The only two drawbacks are the reception which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel/ apartment itself and when we arrived at night with the luggage and our children walking for 5 minutes with all the equipment was the last think we wanted to do. Another thing to be aware of is that it is located in a very busy pedestrian street and the "madrileños" like to party late so it can get pretty noisy in the...
