"Be warned, the weekend staff is lacking. They were supposed to give me a sheet explaining the parking situation but all they said was that there were two parking lots available. I even asked why I was getting texts from the municipal parking lot and they knew nothing. Anyhow, the hotel charges you $10.00 for parking which I found out a day later. It would have been a bargain as it was almost a 24 pass. Because I was not made aware, I paid $12.00 for 8 hours of parking. I called and explained the situation to the weekday clerk and she explained what was supposed to happen. I asked for a refund for the $10.00 since it did me no good but they never returned my call."

"This is a very nice, well maintained property. Large, clean rooms. Nice big shower. The breakfast was okay. Waffle bar, muffins, bagels and fruit. What wasn't good was the fake little omelets and horrible turkey sausage links and patties. The hot food left a lot to be desired"

"This place itself is amazing! It's expensive, but the views of the canal and watching ships come in right from your Jacuzzi is amazing. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and there's plenty of pillows. Including for the patio chairs. The young lady that checked us in was super helpful, very professional and polite. The guy that was there in the morning for their "breakfast" was very short, and condesending. When one of the other patrons asked for him to switch out the coffee he slammed everything around, and changed the entire vibe in the small dining area. Now as for the breakfast, it was okay, for a 350 a night spot it definitely could have had some warm option other than toast/bagels. But the Duluth bread offerings are good, don't get me wrong. Apart from the morning guy it was an amazing trip for my wife and I."
