The hotel is pretty close to the most famous mosques in Istanbul - Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, and it is close the all the transport you will need to discover the city. The staff is perfect, my room was always clean and comfy when I got back from the tours, and Mr. 'Ali will make you feel at home. I have no words to describe my stay in this hotel, it was perfect and made my vacation trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this place.

A well located property right in the tourist area, around the corner from all the main attractions. Very easy walk to tram transport for access to other parts of the city. Room was adequate but small. Facilities were dated,but in saying this… we weren’t in our room often. Bed was too hard for me. Management were great, so helpful… especially Ali who speaks perfect English…thanks for a lovely couple of days

Localização perfeita para quem quer conhecer as principais atrações de Istanbum, há poucos metros da Mesquita Azul, Hagia Sofhia, Cisternas da Basílica e Palacio Topkapi. O café da manhã tem um horário estendido até às 11h. O staff é bem atencioso e o gerente Ali fez todo o possível para atender nossas solicitações. Necessário dizer que não há elevadores. Para quem não está habituado, a religião islâmica possui rituais diários de oração, que são orientados por meio de alto falantes das mesquitas. Assim, certamente as orações diárias serão ouvidas do hotel, inclusive há uma de madrugada. Mas nós é que éramos os visitantes, então há que ser respeitado.

I booked and paid in advance for 6 nights at Hotel Sultan Hill. On arrival they couldn't find my booking. Eventually they gave me a room. It was a super hot day and after a long journey I wanted a shower. There was no water. Even the toilet wouldn't flush. This was not the fault of the hotel, I was advised plumbing works were in progress in the street. Ok. However the staff really didn't care and offered no solution. One night I was out late with friends, the receptionist called my personal mobile phone to ask where I was!? In the afternoon of day 3, after my room had not been cleaned once yet I requested new towels. Another morning the owner proceeded to scold me for going out late and coming back early. I am a 50 year old woman! His reasoning, after I suggested he was not my father was they were waiting for me to return to clean my room. What?! You wait for the guest to be insitu to clean? They did not then clean my room. On the morning of check out I was getting myself ready. Thankfully I was already dressed. I hear my door unlock. I go to greet whom I expect to be housekeeping, marvelling that they come on my last morning. No, it was another guest. She stared at me, bewildered that I was in "her" room. Turns out she confused which floor she was on and went to her door on autopilot. No problem except that HER ROOM KEY OPENED MY DOOR!!! We proceeded to have surprise and concern. Both our keys opened all doors. Do not stay here. You and your property are not safe!

El servicio y la atención excelente. El personal de recepción, Rushan nos recibió a media noche y fue muy amable y nos enseñó la vista maravillosa de la mezquita azul desde la terraza del Hotel.
