The property is very nice, clean and very well maintained. Location is very convenient with public transportation right next to the hotel. Because of the hotel location grabbing a cab and going to the most famous historic sites is very convenient and inexpensive. Breakfast is excellent with a large variety of Turkish and European cuisine. I highly recommend having breakfast at the hotel and even very demanding guest will not be disappointed. The staff is attentive and very helpful. We had to deal with Mrs. Zara, Mrs. Buse and Mr. Yiğit who paid attention to every detail during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here next time I travel to Istanbul.

Well located in Pera. Close to public transport so thats convenient. Lots of eateries and bars at a short walk. Rooms are decent and well maintained. The reception & concierge staff could surely use some training in being warm, courteous, hospitable and helpful. The valet boys were very good though, especially Cuneyt. Breakfast was okay but a bit of a let down on 1 day. One of our mornings in particular, a Friday, was surprisingly bad. They ran out of baked beans, and they didnt have fresh pancake batter so they put out stale, rock hard pancakes. Never seen this in any hotel of any category worldwide. At checkout the hotel added someone else's bar bill to our room. We ofcourse didnt pay but the hotel made it sound like they are letting go of the bill rather than accepting an error on their part or other guest's part. Overall a good stay and can be considered to stay for sure especially for location

We had a lovely suite with a jacuzzi and amazing views. The room even had two bathrooms. Complementary bottle water was left every morning. Great location and easily accessible by public transport. We had a lovely breakfast every morning, there was hot a cold choices. the best was the views from the 7th floor where the breakfast was located. Thanks to Yunus Emre who welcomed us every morning and was really helpful. My only surprise was the temperature of the pool. The indoor pool was not heated, so I really didn't enjoy using it. If you enjoy swimming take a swimming cap as it is mandatory. All in all a lovely stay.
