The hotel sits atop a hill with a beautiful view of the city The rooms have extra large windows which make you feel as if you are sleeping outside whilst you are warm and cozy inside. The restaurant meals are fresh and delicious The front desk staff are extraordinary. Many speak English as if it were their first language

Lumpy pillows.

Lobby looks great, very inviting and updated. The service was okay. I would expect better from the looks and the pricing. Our room was average but the pillows were very worn and lumpy. The bathroom shower water had a very bad odor of sewer. We had to keep the bathroom door closed so it would not sell up the whole room.

The hotel has downgraded, the room had a leak and the heater didn’t work. However both where fixed by the staff after some calls to the front desk. The issue that stressed me the most was that a stranger kept knocking on my bedroom door late at night. Although the front desk did send security sadly it did leave me with a scare and a security bitter taste of our stay.

First of all, this is not more than a 2-star hotel. The CONS: 1. The room for a King size bed is SMALL. 2. The towels are old and so worn. I would throw the towels out if they were in my house. Not only are they old but they only gave two towels— knowing that they are almost the size of hand towels. I give my dogs a bath with better towels. 2. The carpet is so filthy. I can see stains all over. I actually feel gross just walking on the carpet. 3. There is no mini fridge, just an empty space where it used to be. 4. No extra blanket or pillow in the closet where it SHOULD be. 5. The couch in the room also looks very dirty that I would not feel comfortable sitting in it. 6. I wasn’t even able to sleep because of the noisy guests next door. It was 4:30 am and I could not sleep. Staff did nothing. I even paid an extra $50 bucks for my pets to stay here as well— not even my dogs made so much noise like the guests next door. I will actually contact management about refunding me this $50 after paying $200 for a sleepless night. Thanks for nothing “Sheraton”.

El personal muy amable, pero hubo muchos detalles en el cuarto, por ejemplo una cucaracha en el baño, y se preguntaran, UNA cucaracha solamente, bueno para ser un hotel de tan prestigiosa cadena pues si, eso es demasiado, y también la taza del baño se undia de que era de poquisima calidad, la luz de uno de los espejos no funcionaba, una de las lámparas tenia el foco fundido, solo habia un gamcho en el closet, no habia refrigerador, solo estaba el mueble donde se supone que va, era mi 1ra vez qué visitaba ese hotel y no me quedaron ganas de volverme a quedar...
