8/10 Very good

Everything was great, the airconditioning at the beginning was not cooling fast enough but then got better. My main issue was the bed, could be a lot better, i would of loved for the mattress to be thicker and softer and some more pillows would be great

2/10 Poor

It was clean and staff was awesome. The only problem is I had a sign of do not disturb on the door and they still knocked, also I told the cleaning lady to give us new towels and take out the trash and she did not.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and always polite. We received transportation accommodations to one of our appointments and the driver waited for us to bring us back to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was kept clean and orderly. I highly recommend this hotel.

the hotel needs more maintenance, the room they gave me when I arrived, the A/C unit did not work, they change the room and the A/C Unit was very noisy, the bathroom curtain was old and ripped, the door lock was missing one part so it did not work, excelent staff, very kind, the breakfas was ok
