10/10 Exceptional

A very good, clean hotel. The downsides: the pool is very small and poorly located; the TV in the room wasn't showing any channels; the bar staff refused to put on the World Cup; and one elevator was out of order, leading to a lot of wasted time waiting.

6/10 Good

The hotel is nice, but it doesn't feel like a Four Seasons; only one elevator was working, the restaurant was nothing extraordinary, the location is good, the parking is excellent, and the front desk staff were outstanding.
