Lovely apartment in a perfect location in the city. It was so clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication was excellent too and we could leave our bags there before check in which was very helpful.

There was a bus stop right outside. Train station was a short walk away (10 minutes) 16 minute walk to Colosseum. Groceries around the corner, lots of cafes and restaurants around. Looks nothing like the photos, it is much smaller. The shower was tiny. There is a washing machine but it is on the balcony and looks dusty and I did not want to put my clothes in there.

Not really as it was in the photo. They own many apartments in Rome, so you don't necessarily get the one you have seen. Also, getting the keys was not as convenient as it should have been. The place itself wasn't nice. Needs a cleaning and paint.

The only thing that was a plus was air conditioning in each room. The shower did not have consistent water temp. The toilet button was not qorking to flush the toilet. Bath tub was unsafe to enter and exit. The bath towels were nice. Beds were hard. No streaming for TV. Wifi was good. Elevator was super small. They property we thought we booked was not what we received. We purposely booked to be by the subway.but we were ar from it.we wiyld not recommend this company at all.

Was not provided with the full address of the actual apartment. So big problems when we arrived in early hours of Saturday. Comfortable flat, but we got bitten by bedbugs. And just we we were leaving Monday morning, the toilet blocked/malfunctioned. So far from prefect.

Gute Lage (Kolosseum 25 min.)! Kein Verkehrslärm, allerdings hört man die Haustür jedesmal mit großem Lärm zuschlagen (Wohnung im EG). Wohnung selbst relativ sauber. Die Terasse schmutzig. Möbel im schlechten Zustand: Schlafcouch zum Schlafen unbrauchbar, Geschirrspülmaschine geht nicht. Gasherd nur mit eigenem Feuerzeug anzuzünden.

Stayed 02–03 June 2025. The apartment was old, poorly maintained, and not as described. Water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling, creating an unsafe and unhygienic condition. There was also no functioning air-conditioning, despite it being listed as a feature — a major issue during the summer. I had to leave the property early, rebook another hotel, and pay additional transportation costs. This experience disrupted my entire trip I appreciate that Expedia partially refunded me, but I don’t recommend this property and suggest travellers avoid it.

Adorei a estadia. Tudo correu exatamente como planejado. O apartamento está em uma localização excelente, há alguns passos da estação de metrô. Opções de mercados e restaurantes há menos de uma quadra de distância. Quando voltar à Roma, certamente ficarei no mesmo lugar. Recomendo muito.

Excelente localização e confortável.

Embora as imagens deste anúncio não sejam exatamente ao local, mas parecidas, trata-se de um excelente apartamento, bem estruturado, confortável para até 3 pessoas, bastante limpo, organizado, com boas instruções de funcionamento, dicas de locais próximos de mercados, farmácias, etc. O que realmente se destaca é a localização. O local é excelente, com acesso ao metrô praticamente na porta do edifício. Com certeza voltaria novamente. Houve apenas 1 ponto negativo: a forma de cobrança das taxas locais. O anúncio é bem claro de que essas taxas devem ser pagas no local. Assim, é evidente que o hóspede deve viajar preparado com esses valores em dinheiro para pagar à pessoa responsável. E foi exatamente o que eu fiz. Contudo, pareceu-me que havia uma aparente desconfiança da anfitriã, isto é, houve uma dispensável urgência ou pressa em pegar o dinheiro referente as taxas, quando eu tinha acabado de entrar no apartamento. Isto considerando que minha reserva foi de 10 dias. Poderia haver um pouco mais de calma e compreensão. Este foi o único ponto negativo, que não tem relação com a estrutura do apartamento, que é excelente.

When you rent a room, it says on the website that you get the whole apartment for yourself. This is not true. There are several bedrooms which you must share common area with. There was almost no sound canceling, I heard the conversations of the people in other rooms and you can clearly hear when someone uses their toilet. Also there where people getting it on loud and clear several times a day. There were also a glass wall between two of the bedrooms, which was covered in black paper with tape to prevent insight. The shower and walls were also dirty. Overall not a pleasant stay.
