This is a perfect location. It is above a couple of very nice restaurants. I was concerned the noise might be a problem but it was not. The people running the place are the absolute best.

Close to lots of good Italian restaurants and the waterfront and the freedom trail. Only negative is that the area draws lots of tourists and lots of young locals out for the bars on weekends.

Beautiful Boston

Great place in heart of North End (Italian quarter). Walking distance to all of Boston main areas. Great vibes and people. Our room at the back was really nice and large. Just a bit noisy with big air con units outside windows but to be honest we were so tired from walking the beautiful city and enjoying the hospitality we weren't that bothered by it! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place and rooms. Excellent location. The room fireplace was wonderful. Coffee and endless supply water was also great. Only complaint is pillows felt like a bag of cotton balls. Small complaint overall and wouldn’t stop me from coming back!

Location of course is outstanding. Our second floor unit needs a microwave, a couch in the main room and 2 more chairs around the table. Also a second small table by the bed.

North End in the Action!

Pros - in the heart of the action in the North End. Spacious 2 bedroom suite was more than enough for our needs (3 night stay). Double shower heads were powerful and toiletries were good. Unique location we chose to do something different from a typical hotel. Super walkable to rest of Boston. Cons - windows let in a TON of noise (we faced Hanover) from crowds, to parties, to trucks. We are not light sleepers either. Seems new windows would go a long way. Also - sound carries from room to adjoining rooms so keep that in mind. Would have had liked some advance notice re parking situation and recommendation re where to park. Finally - our room was on third floor with a narrow staircase to bring up our suitcases - keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

This property could not have been in a better area of town, very walkable to top attractions (or public transport). Staff were super friendly. Very clean and cozy. We did have an issue with our A/C unit not seeming to keep up (our room was 80 degrees on the last day) and there are no elevators, so be prepared for a steep climb on the stairs, but overall, loved the place and would happily stay again!
