8/10 Very good

It’s a good location. Rooms are ok for the price. I think you are paying for location not the room itself.

The hotel was great. But they need some power outlets- extension cords. Employees were very helpful. Location is fantastic.

The property is very well located in downtown Boston! The building is nice and the room in good condition. The staff is nice, but lacks experience in terms of having a helpful attitude towards us, the traveler.

Great hotel, staff, location, room size, cleanliness, and they held luggage after checkout. They also checked us in earlier than the standard check in time which was very helpful.

We loved the location in Boston. We were able to walk to everything. The daily room cleaning was a very lovely surprise and the complimentary waters were also a bonus. Thank you a great stay. We look forward to staying again!

My room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. The cleaning crew starts early and you can hear them talking and knocking on doors. The location is great.

Chose this hotel for the great location!! Front desk agents were friendly, BUT…..after a great day in Boston, we came back very late and had to change rooms due to stained sheets on our bed.

We chose a king studio. The room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The location was also great. Close to Newbury Street and across the street from two malls. The Boston library is just around the corner. The location was ideal. The hotel is older so it did have that older scent but it was an overall great place to stay.

Very nice staff and room was quiet and great. Very close to subway station. One opportunity for improvement would be to upgrade the bed mattress. It was well used.
