Barnacle Inn is very well located right in town, has a very charming courtyard as well as living room area, which makes coming back very welcoming. Most of the rooms have bathrooms, which looked lovely. I did have a single room with only a sink, but it turned out to be just fine, the shared shower was great as I like the indoor/outdoor feel. The staff was amazingly kind and fun. if you’re looking for an authentic Nantucket feel this is a great place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay for two nights at this B & B! The owners were so kind and the location was perfect. The only room left for the time we were there had us sharing a bathroom - however we never had any issues with the bathroom being busy/dirty. Our room was next to the bathroom - and we never even heard noise from it. Would stay here again 1000%!

Our host Susie could not have been more sweet! The Barnacle Inn is cozy and makes you feel at home. Kind of makes you feel like you’re visiting family that has a beautiful house in Nantucket. We found it to be quiet and soundproofed. Warm cookies in the afternoon is a nice touch! Open windows in our room, letting a nice cool breeze. Although air-conditioning is available. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to downtown plenty of restaurants and shopping. Not far from where the wave. (Public transportation) Drops you off and pick you up To visit many sites on the island.

We absolutely loved staying at the barnacle inn. The owners and their sweet puppy were so kind and helpful with local recommendations. The afternoon cookies were delicious and the breakfast was top notch with something for everyone in our group ranging from a 5yr old to adults. What was a really nice thing was that they had beach chairs, coolers and picnic baskets available to borrow for our excursions too. Loved the nautical decor everywhere. Highly recommend staying here in the future. We will certainly be back.
