6/10 Good

Honestly, the word that comes to mind for this hotel is “stingy.” No refreshments for breakfast; they don’t offer so much as complimentary coffee. The wifi was obnoxiously difficult to connect to, especially when one arrives exhausted and hungry (they make you make an account, and you have to re-sign in every time you come back to the hotel.) Not a spare pillow, towel, or blanket in the room. The room decor is recently redone and as impersonal as it gets—it didn’t say comfortable or cozy so much as “2020s ramen joint.” I will say the place was scrupulously clean.

8/10 Very good

It was a nice clean area. Staff were nice but my friend and I didn't expect to get 1 queen bed and a pull out of sofa as the 2nd queen bed. We saw it was supposed to be 2 actual queen beds. Besides that it's a nice area and easy to get to

We loved our stay at the Sheraton Commander. The rooms are very spacious as is the bathroom. The shower was also large. Loved the big windows. The thermostat worked well. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly. It was a close walking distance to Harvard. We have no complaints!
