The property looked very nice and clean. Some of the staff was very nice. When I arrived, the front desk receptionist did not speak English, so there was a language barrier. Every time I left the room, I was locked out. I had to get a new key 5 times. This property did not have a gym available. However, the decor and rooms were nice and clean. Most of the staff was nice.

Housekeeping greedy for tips and seudo receptionist. Acting and demanding. For a small towel. To be pay. Ridiculous. And non sense. They need to be trained. ASAP. Or will not comeback ever

Not easy to access. the guard has to open the gate and sometimes he was not there. The TV did not work, they give you the remote with the key and it is supposed to work. The one I got was not linked and I called, maintanced never showed up.
