The room was just a little small, but very comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking did cost an additional 100$ after the hotel’s discount, so beware of that!

Fun, lively hotel in Chicago

This is a very modern and stylish hotel, located near a major crossing from the Loop to the Magnificent Mile and a straight walk to the West Loop. In other words, a great place to stay if you like to walk—and Chicago is a truly great walking city. The service is exceptional—very nice staff and great technology that is not just clever, but it works reliably. The lobby and bar are decorated with great primary colors and has a capacious bar/breakfast space, an outdoor terrace and a living room. The individual hotel rooms are simple, but very nice. Breakfast buffet was outstanding in general, but also with terrific service and a very reasonable price.

Wonderful Stay at the Citizen

This hotel was amaaazzzing! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a great patio with views of Michigan Ave. I didn’t realize this until my last day. Which was a bummer. I would only recommend this hotel for solo travel because the rooms are small. As a solo traveler it was perfect for me. This hotel is only a 6 minute walk to the bean and The art institute. The Riverwalk is also a very short distance from this hotel.

City view & great customer service

The building is very modern and reminds me of Netflix! We booked a king room with the city view and it did not disappoint. The staff were great, at the front desk they have several things you may have forgotten to pack so take advantage of their customer service and ask if you need something, they probably have it! I️ would definitely stay there again!

CitizenM exactly what you need to explore Chigago

Check in and out process was super easy! Staff was friendly and helped us out a lot. I called a couple other hotels before booking and they were very rude, total opposite at citizenM. Rooms were as described. It had great views, comfortable bed, chair and bench were okay. Again as described small, so restroom and bathroom not the most comfortable but did it’s job! Lobby was great, safety was amazing. Location is perfect for downtown, close to everything. Would stay here again. Only negative, we switched rooms because we added a day. Early check-in, but 1 pillow had lots of makeup on the sheet. Just threw it to the side.
