Great value overall. Room was small but staff was friendly and helpful. Limited amenities but suited out needs just fine. Would definitely consider again next time we're visiting Chicago without the kids.

It was my first time staying in Chinatown, and The Jaslin. I was impressed. The hotel was great, and the staff was friendly. Plenty of restaurants around. I’ll stay there again.

Loved the area, very conveniently located for the tradeshow at the McCormick Place halls. The food near by is excellent and authentic, the shops across the way smelled exactly like the food in shanghai, and pretty easy to get to and from the airport with the blue and red line for only $5 !

Parking is a few blocks from the hotel, which isn’t really a problem. Just plan on unloading your stuff then parking your car. Otherwise, you’re very well located to anything in Chicago.

The staff were efficient and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is located in Chinatown and as a woman alone and felt safe during my stay. The air conditioning worked really well, which is important on the hot summer days. The bus stop was super close and the subway to the red line was just a couple of blocks away.
