Absolutely unacceptable experience for a so-called 5-star hotel.
I stayed at this hotel from 23 to 26 November, and during my stay I found a large cockroach inside my room. This is shocking for any hotel, but completely intolerable for a place that advertises itself as a luxury 5-star property.
What made the situation even worse was the reaction from the staff. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the hygiene issue, they told me that the room was “perfectly cleaned” and that cockroaches are “natural,” so I should simply understand it. This is one of the most unprofessional and dismissive responses I have ever received from any hotel.
Despite requesting daily cleaning, the housekeeping service only made the bed and changed towels — no real cleaning was done at all. This raises serious concerns about the hotel’s overall hygiene standards and maintenance practices.
I have stayed here several times in the past, but this experience completely destroyed my trust in this hotel.
A 5-star rating should mean high standards, safety, and cleanliness — none of which were met during my stay.
I strongly advise future guests to reconsider staying here until the hotel addresses its hygiene problems and trains its staff to handle complaints professionally.
