Wonderful staff in a lovely clean hotel with great pool. The location( as described ) was out of town but easy to go anywhere but uber or walk to metro. Couple of small things- staff we generous to give us a terrace but only had 2 plastic chairs( they did give us 2 more when requested) this could have been made a much more useable and welcoming space. Lots of utensils and cooking facilities but really lacking on crockery( no dinner plates, bowls or sufficient glasses). Great washing machine but nowhere to dry clothes ( there was self service laundrette in hotel but wasn’t really what we were looking for)- a drying rack would have been perfect. Again could not fault staff, cleanliness or communication. Family of 4 stayed for one week.

So helpful with explaining the area, sites to see, transportations and anything we needed to know they were so informative. All the staff were very helpful.
