Mal servicio daña la imágen de lo bueno

Muy mal, inicié con una recepcionista diciendo que debería pagar el desayuno como adicional, que no entendía por qué la app Hotels lo había incluido, luego el aire acondicionado de la habitación se dañó y durante horas estuve a un calor de aproximadamente 38 grados centígrados, y no siendo suficiente, no hacían aseo a la habitación, ni diario, ni cada dos días cómo supuestamente lo determinaban ellos.
