Hotel is an oasis! Beautiful, boutique hotel. We struggled a little to communicate with the staff, but they were all incredibly friendly and the service was wonderful. The bathroom in the standard room is not separate, so you can see into the shower from the bed, regardless, comfortable, well-kept room.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food and service were excellent! We booked two different rooms—both were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool and common areas could use some improvement, especially adding more lounge chairs, a better bar setup, and some shade by the pool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Yachay. The staff is very caring. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious. The hotel is surrounded by nature and therefore very relaxing. I wished there was a larger pool but we appreciated the jacuzzi and made good use of it. The hotel is very close to the entrance of the park but has some steep stairs, therefore not for people with mobility issues. You have to get tickets for the park as the hotel is inside the park. Entrance to the park is only until 3 pm so...
