A very comfortable room (we stayed in one with two queen beds) with a great air conditioner. The location is excellent -- very close to Parque de los Novios, but is on a quieter street that does not have the traffic and noise closer to the park. The room's large-screen TV offers a great selection of cable channels. We were also impressed with the breakfast -- a traditional Colombian meal of eggs, arepa, toast, and natural juice. We used the tour service located in the lobby. We were told it included transportation to boat and then back to hotel. We we're abondoned when boat returned and had to find transportation back to hotel on our own. Don't use tour service!!
Two friends and I stayed here before the Lost City trek. The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely rooftop deck serving delicious meals, is very well located and the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is outstanding; they were not only friendly but incredibly helpful on our return from the trek. They called the airline for us to change flights, stored our luggage, and provided extensive advice. Couldn't be happier about this hotel and would stay again!
It is a very nice place, with parking. Full of trees, close to the river. Eco friendly. Rooms are spacious. The service and attention to detail is excellent. The food is made for you at the time you order it, it is very fresh. smoking is not allowed in the premises. The sauna, turco (vapor) and jacuzzi are power on at the time you require them. We had a great time that i will stay again.
