We really enjoyed the property and people were very helpful, the personnel promptly provided any service needed. Food at the restaurant by the beach was very good, but for the most part we experienced food outside. The hotel was exceptionally well clean, and the cleaning personnel did an amazing job every day they visited our suite. The hotel is very well maintained, it offers a really nice experience given it has heritage of over 40 years of being built. We really enjoyed staying at the Irotama Lago. The only issue we had was at check-in were the front desk processed the transaction in USD at the card device and it resulted in unnecessary additional charges due to currency TRM fees. Just make sure that you are charged in local currency.

I made this reservation for my mom, she said it was a amazing! Beautiful property on the beach, nice restaurants, pool and nature. Her room has a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean! This is a very nice resort. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. One thing to improve would be to lift the restrictions to order food from the swimming pools from 12 to 3 pm because they want to force people to go to the restaurants for lunch, but people should be free to choose.

I really loved the hotel. The bungalow rooms are nice. You see nature and the beach is nice. Sand is dark but soft. Breakfast buffet is very good. Food at the restaurants is very good and not expensive at all. Every one was very friendly. I would like to come back again.
