This Hotel lived up to its 9 rating. Superb location. Ample parking. Walking distance to Arroyo Grande old main street cafes, restaurants and shops. Very new and clean. Friendly staff. Nice modern rooms with a comfortable bed. Complimentary wine tasting too. Great value.

The staff/management are so accommodating. There's a little family that runs the place and the kids are just adorable, following daddy around to water or trim trees. They come by daily with towels and amenities. I've never had a problem finding parking close to my room. It's quiet at night, and the neighborhood is safe and comfortable. The rooms are clean and smell great!

I liked so many things about this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The pool was warm and the hot tub was roomy. Breakfast had a wide assortment of food including waffles and a latte machine. The breakfast attendant was friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. I’ll be back again.
Everything was great except that we had to pay $12.00 USD per day to self park our car. There was no mention of the added fee in the terms on our paperwork.
The room was clean and nicely kept. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. Convenient parking. Great location. What made this experience all the better was the staff. Jessica is the absolute best! I ended up extending my stay an extra night because it was so great. Highly recommend.
We arrived 2:10pm and the room was ready but we can’t go inside because the check-in was 4pm. If I paid $30 for early check-in we can go to the room. I refuse to pay $30 because the room was ready.
