The staff at this hotel was friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The elevator had a strong smell of alcohol and body odor, and the hotel was extremely noisy — I could hear everything going on around me. The guest above my room moved furniture for half the night, making it difficult to rest.
At 9:14 p.m., management called my room to check if everything was okay. While I understand and appreciate the intent, I had gone to bed early after a long day, and the call woke me up.
At 2:22 a.m., a man attempted to enter my room — first using a key card, then by rattling the door, followed by aggressive knocking and shaking the handle. He did not stop until I threatened to call the police. It was frightening and deeply unsettling.
The next morning, I woke up early for another long workday only to find the sink clogged and not draining. To their credit, the staff resolved it by the time I returned.
Unfortunately, the second night wasn’t any better. The noise continued, with someone playing their TV loudly past 3 a.m., leaving me again with very little sleep.
I’ve stayed in many hotels and motels, and I’ve never felt compelled to leave a negative review — until now. Despite the kind staff, the lack of safety, excessive noise, and maintenance issues made this my worst hotel experience. I cannot recommend this hotel.
