This hotel has the perfect location right on the water and city center. The staff was wonderfully attentive upgrading our room to an oceanfront suite because one was available. The only complication was the lack of parking and the complication of reaching the hotel to drop off your luggage. But once I called the hotel we got good directions on where we could park.
We loved staying at this hotel - our bedroom was beautiful (and huge), combining old charm with modern beauty (bathroom was nicely updated). The front desk staff was very nice and helpful - they helped us figure out the local bus system to go to an indoor spa just outside of town on a rainy day when we could not go to the beach and gave us good restaurant recommendations for dinner! The hotel is great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the decor is very fun and clever. The rooms are well configured, just small. We’re traveling for three weeks so were a bit overpacked but made it all work. It’s a quick walk to central town, which was great after dinner, and nice to be out of the hustle + bustle.
Very helpful staff members. Gave us wonderful information and tips. The location is wonderful for walking everywhere and the hotel was clean and comfortable for us and our baby.
Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious. Parking is difficult; however, the staff readily assisted me to secure parking nearby. Very relaxing!
Hotel was super convenient. Room was amazing with huge windows and view of lighthouse. Something to note, there is a window in bathroom open to the main room so not ideal for groups or friends.
Everything from the location to the staff was a 10/10. The shops around the hotel close early and add odd hours, but they have free water bottles for guests at all hours
